Oracle APEX comes standard with AnyChart, but Oracle didn't license all the available chart types. AnyChart is constantly improving the engine, but these new versions and other chart types are not available in APEX.
Also you can purchase AnyGantt product to add to your Oracle APEX, it is a wide variety of financial chart types and technical indicators including SMA, EMA, MACD, Bollinger Bands and PSAR, to name just a few.
