write() Method
Description
Adds the chart to HTML DOM as a child of the specified container.

Parameters
- [optional] target:*
Write target.
- If none is specified - write to current position (js section is placed in <body />);
- If a target is a string - string is a target container id;
- If a target is a DOM element - the chart replaces all its content.
Returns
Void
