How it works

This sample features four methods showWaitingState, hideWaitingState, disableInteractivity and enableInteractivity. They are used to put the chart in the state, in which user can't interact with it and show any custom message to explain why this is happening. You may use this technique when chart data or setting are in process of altering to avoid confusion and misreading the chart.

More information about disabling and enabling interactivity can be found in: Disabling Interactivity on Start Up and Disabling Interactivity Samples.
